HEALTHY RECIPES DEMOS
Come on in to try recipes by Dawn on Tuesday mornings (Today she made Apple Harvest Bread and it didn’t last long once it came out of the oven). Fridays SFP Kwantlen Nursing Students will be trialing healthy recipes that are kid friendly! Yes, we said, kid friendly!!
Come and taste the fare and take home a new recipe.



BOREDOM BUSTERS
Friday February 12th 6-9pm
Flying Wedge Pizza and a Movie all for only $5 per person (max $20 per family)
A fun way to get the family out of the house on Friday night and not break the bank!



VALENTINE’S DAY COMES EARLY TO SFP
Since the 14th lands on Sunday we will be celebrating Valentine’s on Friday the 12th. Come join the party!
