Pre-natal Yoga
Want to prepare your body for a healthy birth? Each class incorporates
breathing exercises (pranayama), physical postures (asanas), relaxation
(sivasana), and heart-felt discussion with fellow mothers; also Mom and Baby yoga classes.

La Leche League
La Leche League Canada of White Rock/South Surrey meets 7:30pm the third
