FAMILY A FAIR SUNDAY OCTOBER 28—THIS WEEKEND!!
noon to 3pm at Camp Alexandra in Crescent Beach
Storytelling! Facepainting! Bouncy Castle! Music with Nelson! Cupcake the Clown! Crafts!
Admission to the fair is free-of-charge and will run rain or shine. Bring your “loonies” to get in on the food and selected festivities.
If you can help with SFP’s info table, food service and games area, please call Susan at (778) 322-1222.

Recycle your bottles and cans at Choices or the Bottle depot in our complex and donate the money to SFP. We have accounts at both places. Thanks!

Hallowe'en Party!
Come to SFP on Wednesday, Oct 31 for a spooky costume party. Lunch will be pot luck (no nuts please), the Family Connections parents have organized games and crafts. We will have a costume party and parade. Prizes for parent and child costumes. Come on Monday or Tuesday to help us decorate!

Friday evening programming: Family Dinner and Boredom Busters
This week’s theme (Oct 26) is Halloween Fun with movie Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin. Boredom Busters fees are $5 per child to a max of $10 per family.
Join us for Family Dinner before Boredom Busters; Mummy on a stick for the kids (weiners wrapped like a mummy), Shepherd’s Pie for the adults with juice and cut fruit/vegetables available to round out the dinner. First Come First Served! Call us to reserve your family’s space (778-322-1222); cost is $4 a person (max $12/family).
Want to come for both Family Dinner and Boredom Busters? Max $20 per family.

Coffee, Chaos and Calm (CCC) runs Thursdays 10 to 11 am. Come and share your strengths in organizing as we support each other to help our families move gently through the world. No more lost shoes, rushing out the door, and forgotten engagements.
